The opener is thin enough that when installed under a cabinet you don't see it (unless you bend down, of course). Really easy to install...all screws were included and none of the screws poked through into the inside of the cabinet. The first jar I tried, a large pickle jar, was so easy to open I didn't realize it had already opened until a drop of liquid hit my finger...lol. Definitely recommend this product!
